Where is my order/parcel?

Shipping delivery lead time issues for parcels: number of customer are claiming deliveries are slow, this is unfortunate and is related to the way regular mail is handled between Canada/USA:

Small orders (<2lbs) are usually shipped by Airmail small parcel. There is no traceability for such shipment. Usual delivery lead time may be around 7-10 business days.

Other shipments like kits and parcels >2lbs, will go regular mail. You will receive tracking through e-mail. Parcels can be tracked here: CanadaPost. Since the tracking system is not in real time, we are unable to give more information. Here again average delivery lead time is 7-10 business days, sometime more for remote location.

If you are in a rush please make sure to ask for priority mail delivery, but remember faster delivery is only possible at additional cost. Thanks for your understanding.

Prices and exchange rate?

Since we mostly purchase our products in foreign countries, the prices in U$ may vary from one shipment to the other. We do our best to keep the prices as stable and as low as possible, but sometime situation unlikely leads us to readjust the prices for all imported products. So prices on the web are indicative and may change without notice.

Why don't I get a reply to my e-mail queries?

We have been notified by several customers that they never received our replies to their queries. It seems that with the proliferation of spam e-mails, many server, e-mail provider, or personal spam blocking tools do block our replies. We have suggest that if you don't get a reply within 48 hours, to send us, if possible, a new request with an alternate reply address so we may reach you, or try to whitelist our e-mail on your server/mail provider. We will also do all the necessary on our side to solve this situation and apologize for the inconvenience.
